TOP TIPS FROM OUR DENTAL HYGIENIST:
- Use a fluoride toothpaste and angle your electric toothbrush towards the gum line to remove bacteria
- Use a fluoride mouthwash at a separate time to brushing
- Bacteria can also build up under the wire so try using an interdental brush to clean under it
- Use an interdental brush in-between the teeth to prevent gum disease in areas that cannot be reached by your toothbrush
